Data Center & Server Room Setup in Rawalpindi
A server in a store cupboard works until the summer. We plan and build proper server rooms: racks, cooling that does not give up at 45 degrees, clean power, fire protection, access control and monitoring that tells you before the room does.

Server room setup is mostly about cooling, power and tidiness, in that order. Get those right and the servers rarely give you a reason to think about them.
The cupboard problem
Almost every company begins the same way. One server goes into a cupboard, then a second, then a switch, then a UPS that nobody can reach. The door is kept closed to keep the dust out, which keeps the heat in. It all works until a June afternoon when the air conditioner in the next room is turned off and the servers shut themselves down one by one.
A server room is not a grand project by default. It is a small, deliberate space where five things are right: cooling, power, space, safety and visibility.
Cooling comes first
Servers produce heat in a very steady way, and a normal split air conditioner is not built to run all day, every day, and then turn itself off at night. We use air conditioning designed for continuous use, with a second unit so one can fail or be serviced without the room warming up. We arrange racks in hot and cold aisles, and where it makes sense we close off the aisle with simple containment so cold air goes through the equipment and not around it. Sensors report temperature and humidity to your phone.
Power that survives the day
Power is a bigger worry here than almost anywhere. We design an online UPS with enough runtime for a clean shutdown or for the generator to start, power distribution units in the racks, proper earthing, and where there is a generator, an automatic changeover. We calculate the load from real figures: what you have now, and what you might add in two years. For more on the battery side see UPS, inverter and solar backup.
Space, safety and visibility
Racks with room to grow, neat cabling that is labelled so the next person understands it, a door that only the right people can open, a camera that records who went in, and a fire system that does not use water, see clean-agent fire suppression. Finally, monitoring: a simple screen or a phone alert for temperature, power, door and water leaks. Most failures send a warning, and the point of monitoring is that somebody sees it.
How a project runs
- We visit, measure the room, count what is going in and ask what you plan to add.
- You receive a layout, a power and cooling calculation and a clear price with options.
- We build the room, usually in stages so the business is not switched off.
- We test cooling and power failures on purpose before handing over.
- You get a diagram, an asset list and a simple routine for checks.
We build rooms of a few racks, from small companies to banks and hospitals, and we do not pretend to build a certified Tier III facility. If what you need is bigger, we will say so and help you look at a colocation-ready rack instead.
