Smart Classroom & Exam Surveillance in Rawalpindi
Interactive panels that teachers actually use, cameras in exam halls that settle disputes, and attendance that does not take the first ten minutes of every lesson. We fit schools, colleges and academies, and we show the staff how to use it.

A smart classroom needs more than a screen on the wall. The panel, the network, the cameras and the attendance system all have to work for the teacher.
Technology teachers will use
A school buys interactive screens, they go up on the wall, and a year later the teacher is still writing on the whiteboard next to them. It happens a lot, and it is rarely the teacher's fault. The panel was too high, the software was complicated, or the Wi-Fi could not keep up with thirty devices. We try to avoid that by starting in the classroom, not in the catalogue.
The smart classroom
An interactive flat panel replaces the board and the projector: touch writing, a browser, lesson files and a connection to the teacher's laptop. We mount it at a height that suits both a short teacher and the child in the back row, deal with glare from windows, and run the cables and power so nothing trails across the floor. We also check the network, because a panel that cannot reach a lesson video is a very expensive blackboard.
Training is part of the job. We sit with the teachers for an hour or two, on their own lessons, and leave a one-page guide beside the panel.
Exam halls
Cameras in exam halls exist to protect the student and the invigilator as much as the paper. We place them so the whole room is visible without anybody being watched in a way they would find uncomfortable: usually two cameras from the front corners, high enough to see desks and hands and low enough to keep faces recognisable. Recording runs for the whole exam, the clock and the entrance are in view, and footage is kept for as long as your policy says. A live view for the exam controller is possible when you want one.
Privacy rules need thinking about. Cameras do not belong in toilets or changing rooms, and parents and staff should know where recording takes place. We can help you write a one-page notice.
Attendance
Taking a register costs minutes every lesson, and across a school that adds up. Students can mark attendance with a card or fingerprint at the door, or the teacher can use a tablet, and parents can be told when a child has not arrived. We use the same approach as in access control and time attendance, and the doors and gates connect to the same system if you wish.
- Interactive panels, mounting, cabling and a Wi-Fi check,
- exam-hall cameras with recording and optional live view,
- card or fingerprint attendance with reports,
- staff training and a simple guide for each room.
For a whole campus we often combine this with CCTV, Wi-Fi and cabling and visitor and parking management for the school gate. Staff rooms and boardrooms are covered under meeting room AV.
