Meeting Room AV & Video Conferencing in Rawalpindi
The meeting that starts ten minutes late because nobody can find the right cable. We fit meeting rooms with a screen, a camera, microphones and speakers that work with Zoom, Teams and Meet, so a meeting starts when people sit down.
Package BoardRoom AV

Video conferencing in a meeting room only feels easy when someone has sorted out the sound, the camera and the cables. That is what this service is for.
Start with the sound
Companies spend money on a large screen and a camera, then discover that the people on the other end cannot hear. In nearly every meeting room we are asked to fix, the picture is fine and the audio is the problem: echo from hard walls, a laptop microphone at the far end of a long table, a speaker that is too quiet. People will forgive a grainy picture but not a bad voice.
So we look at the room first. We walk in, clap, listen, and decide what it needs.
What goes into a room
For a small room of up to six people an all-in-one conference bar, with the camera, microphones and speaker in one unit under the screen, is usually enough. For a larger boardroom we add table or ceiling microphones, a separate camera that can follow the speaker and speakers placed so everyone hears evenly. We choose products that are certified for the platform you use, whether Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, so the room joins your scheduled meeting from a touch panel or one button.
Presenting should be easy too. A visitor should be able to share a laptop to the screen with a cable or wirelessly, without installing software or asking for a password. We make sure there is a guest option so you are not sharing the staff Wi-Fi password with every salesperson.
The things people forget
- A window behind the speaker turns people into silhouettes, so we think about blinds and where the camera sits,
- cables should disappear into the table or the wall, not run across the floor,
- the network behind the room matters, because video needs a steady connection more than a fast one,
- a room that is hard to use will not be used, so we set up one-touch joining and a short guide on the wall.
How we go about it
We start with a visit and a list of how you meet: with clients, with a branch office, with the board, with all of them. Then we propose a setup with a clear price, install it, test a real call with you and show the people who will use it. Many rooms are finished in a day. Larger ones with ceiling work or new cabling need a few more, and we agree the schedule beforehand so your office is not disturbed longer than it has to be.
For rooms that need a decent network behind them see Wi-Fi and cabling, and if you also want recorded calls and a phone system, read about IP PBX. Training rooms and classrooms have their own page, smart classrooms.
