Remote Monitoring & Guard-as-a-Service in Rawalpindi

Your cameras, watched by someone else while you sleep. Our control-room operators check your alerts, speak through the camera speaker to people on site and phone your guard, you or the police when it is a real problem.

Remote CCTV monitoring means a trained operator watches your cameras for you, at the hours you choose. It suits shops, offices and sites that sit empty at night.

Cameras only help if somebody is looking

Most CCTV is a very good witness that speaks up the next morning. By then the shop is empty or the stock has gone. Remote monitoring moves the watching to a control room. Instead of your owner or your night guard staring at a screen, a trained operator receives the alert, looks at the live picture, decides whether it is a cat or a person, and acts.

What the operator actually does

When a camera detects movement in a zone you have marked, the alert reaches the control room. The operator opens the cameras around it and checks. If it is nothing, the event is logged and they move on. If it is a person where nobody should be, they can speak through the camera speaker, switch on a light or siren, call your guard, call you, and call the police on Rescue 15 if the situation needs it. You get a short report the next morning with what happened and what was done.

Because a person checks every alert, you stop paying for false alarms. A fox, a plastic bag, a spider on the lens: none of them wakes you up at three in the morning.

What it is not

Be clear on this before you sign anything. An operator in a control room cannot physically stop anybody. What they can do is spot the problem early and get the right person moving while the intruder is still on site. If you have no guard at all, we will tell you where a visit from a response team or a neighbour with a phone number would help, and where the cameras alone are enough.

How it is set up

We start by making sure your cameras are fit for the job: clear night pictures, good coverage of doors and fences, a recorder that is reachable over a stable internet link. Then we draw the alert zones, agree the hours (nights and holidays only, or round the clock), and write a one-page call list: who is phoned first, who second, and what the operator should say. Monitoring is billed monthly per site or per camera, with no long equipment purchase on top of what you already own.

  • Hours you choose: nights, weekends and public holidays, or 24 hours,
  • speaker, light or siren talk-down where your cameras support it,
  • a call list you control, changed with one message,
  • a daily or weekly summary of alerts and actions.

If your cameras are old, we may suggest an upgrade first, see CCTV installation. Sites without mains power can combine this with solar CCTV, and busy gates with video analytics so alerts are cleaner still.

Products for this job: AI NVR recorders, solar 4G camera kits and dome cameras.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you monitor the cameras I already have?

Often yes, if the recorder can be reached over the internet and the pictures are clear enough to judge at night. We check a few days of footage and the link before agreeing, and we say so plainly if something needs fixing first.

Do I need a guard as well?

Not always. For a shop or office that is empty at night, early alerts and a phone call can be enough. For a large site with valuable stock we would still suggest someone who can walk to the gate. We will give you our honest view after the survey.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The cameras keep recording on the recorder, and the control room sees that the link is lost and calls you. For important sites we suggest a second internet line or a 4G backup so the watching continues.

How is it charged?

A monthly fee based on the number of cameras or sites and the hours covered. You will get the figure in writing before anything starts, and what is included is listed in a short agreement.
