Corporate & Tender Supply in Rawalpindi
Tender documents are strict about specifications, warranty and delivery dates. We supply the equipment, prepare the quotation and compliance sheets in the format asked for, install it and stand behind the warranty.

Tender supply is a paperwork job as much as a hardware one. A bid is judged on the documents long before anyone looks at the equipment.
Why tenders go wrong
Most failed bids are not lost on price. They are lost on a missing datasheet, a specification that does not match the tender line by line, a delivery date nobody could keep or a warranty paragraph that says less than the document required. A supplier who understands that makes a big difference to whether you win, or whether you deliver once you have won.
We work in two ways. Some clients are bidding themselves and need a supplier behind their quotation. Others are buying through a tender and want someone who will deliver exactly what was specified. Both are normal for us.
What we prepare
When you send us the tender or the BOQ, we go through it line by line. For each item we give you the model offered, the datasheet, a compliance sheet showing how it meets each requirement, and where the tender asks for it, a manufacturer authorisation or warranty letter. We give a delivery schedule we can actually keep and a price schedule laid out in the format the tender wants, so your bid does not get thrown out for a layout mistake.
A caution we always give: if the tender requires certain registrations or past experience, tell us on day one. We will say clearly what we can supply under your name or ours, and we will not let you find out about a gap the night before the closing date.
After you win
Delivery in the right place and on time matters as much as the quote. We deliver in batches if the site wants them, install and test the equipment, label it and hand over a serial number list for the asset register. The warranty is a real one with a named person to call. If a part fails, we replace it, and we keep a few spares of the common items for projects that cannot wait.
Typical categories include desktops and laptops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV and access control, UPS and power, printers and projectors. If it is not on our list, we will tell you before you build a bid around us.
How to start
Send us the tender document or the requirement list, the closing date and the delivery location. Within a short time you will get a straight reply: what we can supply, what we cannot, and what we would change. That is usually more useful than a long brochure.
For installed systems see CCTV and access control. Our hardware and network team handles computers and networking, and after delivery, annual maintenance keeps the equipment running. For one-off purchases browse desktops and workstations.
