Description
A solar 4G camera kit packs everything a remote camera needs: the camera, a solar panel, a battery and a 4G SIM for sending video back to you. You can put it where there is neither electricity nor a network cable.
What you get
- 4G camera, fixed or pan-tilt, with night vision
- Solar panel and battery sized for your area
- Pole or wall bracket and a lockable battery box
- SIM data package and phone app set up
- Memory card, so recording continues if the signal drops
Worth knowing
Check the mobile signal on site before buying anything, because a camera that cannot upload is only an expensive ornament. In winter fog the panel makes less power, so we size the battery for several grey days in a row, and we mount panels high and out of easy reach.
